3:20 pm : Wine tasting and oenological visit. Private guidedtour of the 12th century underground cellar, production areas,tasting of 6 Crus Classés, private visit of the spirits areas (2h).
5:20 pm: Transfer to the restaurant (10min).
5:30 pm: Watercolor painting workshop in an old bar or in the restaurant’s gardens depending on the season and theweather (1h30).
7pm : Dinner at the restaurant. 5-course truffle tasting menu,visit of the kitchen if you wish (3h).
10pm : Transfer back to the hotel (1h30).
