Nice Côte d'Azur airport is France's second-largest airport after Paris. It already offers a network of 116 direct destinations operated by 58 scheduled airlines serving 44 countries. And there's more to come!
Nice, the pearl of the Côte d’Azur, continues to attract travelers from all over the world. The Nice-Côte d’Azur Airport, already well known for its strategic location and numerous services, is expanding even further with the introduction of new air routes, including the very latest, the Philadelphia-Nice route in May 2024.
2023 saw Nice airport serve 111 destinations and 42 countries, including 10 long-haul flights. For example, a direct link to Montreal with Air Canada and Air Transat, or a daily direct flight to Atlanta with Delta Airlines. All this to satisfy the travel desires of the people of Nice, and to boost the number of foreign tourists visiting our beautiful region.
Speaking only of the latter. Many sectors of the Nice economy will benefit from these new lines. Hotels, restaurants, shops and other tourism providers can look forward to an increase in customer numbers, particularly in the off-season. Nice, already renowned for its dynamic tourist industry, is becoming an even more important hub for international travellers.
For residents of Nice and the surrounding area, these new routes also offer an undeniable advantage. They will have more direct access to new destinations, avoiding long and costly stopovers. Weekends or short breaks to far-flung destinations become more feasible.
