A cultural voyage awaits—where creativity meets environmental reflection on the shores of the French Riviera.
From May 1 to October 31, 2025, the city of Nice will come alive with the Biennale of Arts and the Ocean, a major cultural event celebrating the intersection of artistic expression and environmental awareness. Coinciding with the United Nations Ocean Conference (UNOC), which will also take place in Nice this June, the biennale invites visitors to explore the theme “The Sea Around Us” through a wide variety of exhibitions and installations.
Spread across iconic museums and public spaces, the event will feature contemporary works by international artists, transforming the city into an open-air gallery. An urban art trail will add a creative twist to a stroll along the Promenade des Anglais, offering a fresh perspective on the city and its coastal identity.
